The entire 14G, 15G, 16G range: mainstream rack (R660, R760, R7625), tower (T550, T560), HCI/modular (PowerEdge MX, VxRail), HPC compute (C-series, XE), small business (T160, R250). For 13G generations still active we perform maintenance as long as original spare parts are available.
ProSupport and ProSupport Plus 24/7 4h contracts: how do you manage them?+
We coordinate Dell support as Tier 2: our own technical diagnosis, escalation to Dell when a warranty part is needed. We often shorten times compared to the Dell hotline alone because we already have the customer's context.
PERC H730/H740/H755 RAID controller: troubleshooting?+
