The entire Gen10/Gen10+/Gen11 range: ML (tower) such as ML30/110/350, DL (rack) such as DL20/160/325/345/360/380/385, BL and Synergy (blade), Apollo (HPC/storage), MicroServer Gen10+ for small offices. For previous generations (G7/G8/G9) we intervene as long as compatible spare parts are available.
Is the HP ProActive Care/Foundation Care warranty still valid with you?+
Yes. We can act as your Tier 2 partner: we perform the technical diagnosis, open the HP tickets, and coordinate the SLA together. For us, managing HP Care is daily routine, not an exception.
Avete ricambi HP a magazzino?+
Yes, for the most common models (DL360 and DL380 Gen10/Gen11) we keep in stock enterprise SAS and NVMe disks, 800W/1600W power supplies, fans, HP-spec ECC Registered DDR4/DDR5 RAM, Smart Array E208i/P408i/MR416i RAID controllers.
iLO 5 / iLO 6 Advanced: do you configure the license?+
Yes: iLO Advanced configuration, multi-server federation, SSO integration with Active Directory/Entra ID, SNMPv3 alarms, centralized logs on syslog, REST API scripting.
Migration from ProLiant Gen9 to Gen11 in a VMware cluster: how do you proceed?+
Live migration via vMotion + Storage vMotion with no downtime during business hours. Validation of the VMware Hardware Compatibility List (HCL), firmware/drivers aligned with the latest Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP).
