We are a independent server support center. We do not sell façade certifications: we sell technical expertise built on over 25 years of real interventions on enterprise servers, virtualized environments and mission-critical infrastructures throughout Northern Italy.

We work across all the major server brands and enterprise operating systems — with no exclusive partnership ties to a single vendor. This means honest advice on what your server really needs, not on what we have to "push" that month.

Independent does not mean improvised. We work with established internal procedures, even without an ISO plaque on the wall:

  • Every intervention is tracked in a ticketing system with mandatory fields (subject, parties involved, action, outcome)
  • Significant server changes go through change management formal (proposal, approval, execution, post-mortem)
  • The access credentials to your systems are stored in enterprise vaults (no Excel su desktop)
