What is a 3-2-1-1-0 backup strategy?+
The evolution of the classic 3-2-1: 3 copie dei dati, 2 supporti diversi, 1 copia off-site, 1 copia immutabile o air-gapped, 0 errori in restore tests. It is the modern standard against ransomware and disasters.
What is Zero Trust applied to servers?+
Zero Trust significa never trust by default, not even from the internal network. On servers it is applied with MFA on all administrative access, network microsegmentation, mandatory jump hosts, ZTNA instead of flat VPNs, EDR/XDR on every machine and the principle of least privilege.
Do you work remotely or only on-site?+
Both. For most interventions we use secure remote access — VPN site-to-site, ZTNA, jump host, TeamViewer business, VNC over encrypted tunnel — with MFA authentication and full logging. For hardware installations, RAID rebuilds, site surveys and cabling, the systems engineers intervene on site.
